BH North America will repair or replace, at our discretion, any item shown to be broken provided it is returned to us for inspection. This warranty only covers failures due to
material defects or workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover failures from a result of misuse, neglect, misapplication, modification or normal wear and tear.
